Visualization is a technique used to tap into the subconscious and re-script it in order to effect conceptual and behavioral changes.


The trainer guides participants through a visualization session by providing them with verbal instructions as they follow his voice:
  • Sit down in a relaxed position
  • Close your eyes
  • Release any tension from your body
  • Breath deeply and slowly
  • Visualize yourself at ... during ... doing ...
  • When you are ready open your eyes slowly and gently


  • Building self confidence in participants
  • Setting future goals
  • Overcoming personal obstacles
  • Overcoming skill deficiencies
  • Overcoming fears


  • Tap into the subconscious and re-script it
  • Produce long term non-volatile behavior changes
  • Calm down participants and help them relax
  • Produce deep holistic learning in a short period of time
