Handling

A trainer can:

  1. Elicit responses to the question from other participants
  2. Provide the question to trainees as an assignment to find out the answer to for next session;
  3. Inform the trainee that he/she does not know the answer to this question.
  4. Tell the trainee that he/she will research the question and bring him/her the answer the next session.

Repeated Questions

Situation

Handling

A trainer can:

  1. Pretend that this is a fresh question and answer it fully and with enthusiasm as if he had never answered it before for those trainees telling the trainee that this is a "good question".
  2. Ask some other participants to answer the question.
