Participants experience a renewed flow of creative mental activity and productivity during the training session as a result of creative group activities.

  1. Seed the creative energy in participants by having them observe an artifact, listen to an anecdote or contemplate an example.
  2. Elicit more examples from selected participants who can start the flow going.
  3. As the creative energy starts to build up after your initial seeding and the contributions of the higher energy participants start electing even more contributions from the rest of the participants who will now be much more energized as a result of the synergy effect.
