Student Location

The location where the student is sitting makes a difference. When a student sites at the back, he or she is more akin to go into side discussions and have less concentration in the lecture. When a student sits at or near the front, he or she is more akin to pay attention to the lecture and be more alert to what the trainer is saying.

The location where a student chooses to sit in class can be used as a clue to help the triner determine the type of that student. At the same time, if the same student who used to sit at the front changes location and sits at the back, the ’spirit’ of the location may affect him or her and he or she might be held under its influence. Thus, a student who used to be attentive during a lecture when sitting at the front might indulge in side talks and loose his or her attentiveness to the lecture if he or she changes location and sits at the back.
