Trainees like to see models. Models connect the loose ends of a topic and put things into perspective. Models provide context for the various elements and components of a subject. They also establish relationships between the components that light up comprehension. A model can be a group of components that together establish a whole and are organized by being tied together with some relationships. They can be organized by one coming after the other (time) or spatially or by any other relationships.
