Digesting Information
Knowledge to the mind is like food to the body. It’s best to eat only when you are hungry. It’s best to have light meals. It’s best to have a balanced diet. Eating cooked food is okay, but eating some uncooked fresh vegetables is important too. Eating too much in one meal will do more harm to you than good.
Trying to cram too much information in your brain at once is of little benefit and can harm you. Taking frequent medium sized bytes of knowledge is useful. Giving your brain enough time to digest the information makes your brain able to make use of such information and take in additional information next time. Some information needs to be processed first before it is stored. It is useful to keep your brain alert and healthy with some raw uncooked information.
