  • Each stage should be self contained reaching a practical state that fulfills students educational needs and provides them with satisfaction enabling them to do something practical that they would want or like to be able to do. A stage can be a lecture, a course level, a course or a diploma. This concept should be observed when designing a course. It should also be observed during training.
