A yoga workshop that would teach you some important yoga exercises to practice after the workshop for better health and a more mentally and emotionally balanced life. the workshop will include sequences of yoga exercises and explanations of each plus practice that would provide you with noticeable positive results on the different aspects of your life during and after the workshop.
