Tips from Tamkeen

The following tips I have gleaned during my work at Tamkeen, a training provider located at Rehab City:

  • Ask trainees to arrange their seats in half a circle. This allows for more effective class arrangement. Trainees become more attentive and synchronized that way.

Tips by Others

  • A good trainer does not tire himself/herself during the training sessions. Exert minimal effort and let trainees do the great majority of the work.
  • Alternative personal introductions: Ask each trainee to draw on a piece of paper a representation of himself/herself. Start by yourself, ex: draw a shape representing what you work, another where you live, a third what you love ... etc. This would ease the introductions being untraditional.
