Dynamic Meditation

Today I have attended a free dynamic meditation session that lasted from 9:30 AM till 12 PM and was held at Al Azhar Park. The trainer was Mohamed Essa.

The Good

After each exercise, the trainer asked the trainees if they had any problems with the exercises or if they had any questions. Before each exercise, the trainer clearly explained how it is performed and why it is performed (benefits) and he performed himself slowly in front of the trainees. Before starting the actual exercises in the meditation session, the trainer gave a background on the benefits of the exercises in general and the philosophy and main ideas behind them. During each exercises, the trainer performed the exercise himself and clearly guided the trainees during the exercise through the motions and through the associated mental process.
