  • Using humor extensively to catch and keep the attention and vitality of the audience.
  • Asking for the names of attendees as they asked questions, memorizing their names and extensively using names of people as he spoke to them or when relating their cases.
  • The information presented was useful, practical, to the point and based on sound scientific basis plus solid experience.
  • The presenter had practical hands on experience in the field of the seminar.

  • Lack of using visual aids. No images or PowerPoint presentation was used.
  • Absence of a clear list of directives to use at the end of the seminar.

Although the seminar was not jam-packed with information yet the liveliness by which it was presented kept the audience engaged during the seminar and happy after having attended it.
