The aim of this log is to keep a record of lessons learned from delivering training after completing each training course. It is a way for learning from each course by trying to squeeze one's mind to come up with fruitful lessons from observations and write what was positive and what can be improved in the course. This process eventually builds up a body of very useful knowledge for the trainer. This is part of the Better Trainer process.
